Camille Cosby Wants Second Deposition Canceled After She Was Asked 'Offensive' Questions Abo

Bill Cosby‘s wife Camille is asking a judge to terminate or limit her upcoming second deposition due to what her lawyers claims are “improper and offensive questions” about her “sexual relations,” her political commentary and the 1997 death of Cosbys’ son, Ennis, according to a new court filing.

The deposition is part of a defamation lawsuit filed by seven women who claim Bill Cosby sexually assaulted them decades ago.

“These questions were irrelevant to the issues in this case and plainly were designed to annoy, embarrass and oppress the witness,” Camille’s lawyers wrote in a motion asking to terminate or limit her continued deposition, now scheduled for April 18.

According to the motion, Joseph Cammarata, the lawyer for Cosby’s accusers, also “repeatedly sought testimony protected by the marital disqualification rule” and also sought out “irrelevant and improper opinion testimony from Mrs. Cosby regarding the honesty and integrity of her husband.” CLICK FOR MORE
