CHERRY HILL, NJ — An award-winning journalist who covered the Bill Cosby sex abuse scandal will discuss the topic at the Cherry Hill Public Library this month. Nicki Weisensee Egan, author of "Chasing Cosby: The Downfall of America's Dad" will discuss the topic on Monday Sept 23, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Egan has been following the Bill Cosby scandal since 2005. When the scandal bubbled up again in October 2014, she was able to quickly reconnect with those victims and sources and began breaking exclusive stories, including the news of Cosby's arrest on Dec. 30, 2015. She continued to get interviews with accusers who have never spoken and develop leads on new angles.
