SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
The convicted rapist responsible for the 2015 kidnapping and sexual assault of a Northern California woman, dismissed as a "hoax" by Vallejo police is facing new charges in connection with two burglaries in 2008 and 2009.
KCRA 3 News Investigates has learned Matthew Muller arrived at the Santa Clara County jail Friday from an Arizona federal prison. He returned to court in San Jose on Monday in connection with the new charges.
